Whole Grain Parboiled Brown Rice (Organic), Whole Grain Millet (Organic), Whole Grain Quinoa (Organic), Dried Vegetables (Organic) (Onion [Organic], Red Bell Pepper [Organic], Tomato [Organic], Garlic [Organic]), Cane Sugar (Organic), Sea Salt, Spices (Organic), Cilantro (Organic), Garlic Powder (Organic), Tamari Powder (Organic) (Soybean [Organic], Salt), Red Bell Pepper Puree (Organic), Natural Flavor, Miso (Organic) (Fermented Soybeans [Organic], Salt), Flavor (Organic).
Directions
Stovetop: 1. Add 1 tbsp olive oil into a medium sauce pan, and saute the grains over medium-high heat. Stir frequently until the grains are golden brown (about 2 to 3 minutes). 2. Add 2 cups of water and seasoning. Stir and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover and simmer for 22 to 25 minutes or until water is absorbed. 4. Remove from heat, stir and re-cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Microwave: 1. Combine grains, seasoning, 2 cups of hot water, and 1 tbsp. of olive oil (optional) into a 2-qt microwave-safe glass bowl. Stir well. 2. Cover tightly with microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes. 3. Reduce to medium (50%) for 16-20 (Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. Adjust cooking time as needed) minutes. Stir occasionally. Remove from microwave. Let stand covered for 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. - Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
