Directions for Preparation and Use: The health of your baby depends on carefully following all the directions below. Failure to do so could result in severe harm. Ask your baby’s doctor about the use of infant formula and the need for boiling water or sterilizing bottles and accessories. How to Make Bobbie Formula: Before making formula, wash hands, bottles and accessories. Add water (100 degrees F/40 degrees C) to bottle; see chart below. Add powder to water using scoop in can. Cover can with lid. Cap bottle and shake well. Once feeding begins discard after 1 hour. To Make(a): 2 fl oz bottle; Water: 2 fl oz; Add unpacked level scoop(s) of powder: 1 scoop (8.6 g). To Make(a): 4 fl oz bottle; Water: 4 fl oz; Add unpacked level scoop(s) of powder: 2 scoop (17.2 g). To Make(a): 6 fl oz bottle; Water: 6 fl oz; Add unpacked level scoop(s) of powder: 3 scoop (25.8 g). To Make(a): 8 fl oz bottle; Water: 8 fl oz; Add unpacked level scoop(s) of powder: 4 scoop (34.4 g). Contents yield approximately 105 fl oz of formula. Storing Bobbie Formula: Avoid extreme temperatures. Store can at room temperature. Once opened, use within 30 days. Prepared formula should not be without refrigeration 35-40 degrees F (2-4 degrees C) for more than 2 hours.
