Directions: Use after your normal brushing and flossing routine. Step 1: Life cup and spout to discard green spacer and seal. Step 2: Replace cup and spout and push down with palm to secure. Spout should face front of bottle. Step 3: Remove cup and pour to line. Step 4: Rinse, gargle & spit out. Use immediately after pouring to ensure dual formula activation. Adults and Children 12 Years of Age & Older: Vigorously swish 20 mL of rinse (pour to indicator line on cap) twice a day for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow. Children 6 Years to Under 12 years of Age: Supervise use. Children Under 6 Years of Age: Do not use unless directed by a healthcare professional.
