Directions for Preparation and Use: Use as directed by a doctor. Consult your baby's doctor about the appropriate formula for your baby. Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's doctor. Always wash your hands and utensils before preparing formula. Sterilization or boiling of tap or bottled water and sterilization of utensils is recommended. Your doctor will advise if it is not required. If boiling water, bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute and allow to cool to room temperature before preparing formula. Step 1: Pour desired amount of water into bottle. See chart below. Step 2: Add 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7 g) of powder for each 2 fl oz water. (only use enclosed scoop). Step 3: Cap bottle; shake well. Feed baby immediately. Once feeding begins, use contents within 1 hour or discard. Mixing Guide: To Make Approx: 2 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 2 fl oz; Add Powder: 1 unpacked level scoop (8.7 g). To Make Approx: 4 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 4 fl oz; Add Powder: 2 unpacked level scoops. To Make Approx: 6 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 6 fl oz; Add Powder: 3 unpacked level scoops. To Make Approx: 8 fl oz bottle; Measure Water: 8 fl oz; Add Powder: 4 unpacked level scoops.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
