Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. 1. Cut and remove film from chicken and pudding. Remove sprinkles packet. 1. Microwave meal on high 4-1/2 minutes to 5-1/2 minutes. 3. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand until pudding is cooled. Stir sprinkles into pudding and enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. Preheat oven to 350F. Cut and remove film over chicken; slit film over pudding. Remove sprinkles packet. Cook meal on baking sheet in center of oven 40 to 45 minute. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand until pudding is cooled. Stir sprinkles into pudding and enjoy! Temperatures above 350F and/or failure to use a baking sheet may cause damage to the tray, food and/or oven.
