Ingredients
Apples, Sugar, Eggs, Flour (Unbleached Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour), Water, Cream (Cream, Milk, Carrageenan), Canola Oil (Citric Acid Added), Powder, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nonfat Dry Milk, Salt, Nutmeg, Cooking Spray (Canola Oil, Soy Lecithin, Natural Flavor, Beta Carotene and Propellant).
Directions
Must be kept frozen. The oven must be preheated to 375 degrees before baking for the pancake to rise properly. Although the pancake can be baked frozen, it will rise more evenly if allowed to sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Remove the plastic wrap/cover and place the pancake on a cookie/baking sheet on the center rack of the oven. Bake for approximately 35-45 minutes. Times will vary depending on individual ovens and how long the pancake sits at room temperature. Remove the pan from the oven, place a serving platter over the top of the pancake and invert the pancake onto the platter. The pancake cooks and acts like a light fluffy souffle. The pancake is done when the center turns a dark golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Caution: Contents will be hot with bubbling sugar and cinnamon. Care should be taken when handling.
