Milk Chocolate (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, milk, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), Sugar, REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips (partially defatted peanuts, sugar, hydrogenated vegetable oil [palm kernel, soybean], corn syrup solids, dextrose, reduced protein whey, palm kernel oil, salt, artificial flavor, soy lecithin), Milk Chocolate Powder (sugar, milk, cocoa butter, unsweetened chocolate), Enriched Flour Bleached (wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid). Contains 2% or less of: Cocoa Processed with Alkali, Canola Oil, Salt.
Directions
You Will Need: 1/3 Cup butter or margarine; 2 eggs. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease bottoms and sides of foil cups. 2. Place butter in medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover; microwave until melted. Caution: Bowl will be hot. 3. Empty Lava Cake Mix into melted butter; stir until blended. Microwave 20 seconds. Add eggs; stir 1 minute until very well blended. 4. Divide batter between foil cups (about 1/3 cup each). Place Peanut Butter Chips onto batter (about 1 tablespoon each). Place cups on baking sheet. 5. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until sides are set and centers are soft. Let stand 2 minutes. Run knife around sides of cups to loosen. Immediately place small serving plate upside down over each cup; turn plate and cup over and remove foil cup. Serve immediately. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Do not eat raw cake batter.
