You Will Need: 1 lb uncooked boneless skinless chicken breasts, 1 tablespoon margarine or butter, 1-1/2 cups hot water, 1-1/4 cups milk. 1. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces. Melt margarine in 10-inch skillet over Medium-High heat. Add chicken; cook about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until outsides turn white. 2. Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked rice. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. Remove from heat; uncover (sauce will thicken). Refrigerate leftovers. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Increase hot water to 2-1/2 cups and simmer time to about 40 min. Want a helping hand? Make as directed - except toss in 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed, 5 minutes before end of simmer time. Sprinkle with 1 cup crushed tortilla chips.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
