A blend of pure white hard and soft wheat so every bite looks and tastes its absolute best. Measure it: Spoon flour into a dry measuring cup and level off with a knife. No sifting necessary. Substitute it: All-purpose flour can be used in recipes calling for self-rising flour. For each cup of flour in the recipe, add 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cups per Pound: There are 3-1/2 cups of flour per pound and about 14 cups per 4.25-lb bag.
Store it: Thousands of years ago, flour was stored in cool, dry caves, but any airtight container or tightly-sealable freezer bag in your kitchen (or fridge or freezer for long-term storage) will do just fine. Just bring to room temperature before using.

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
