Lemon juice adds fresh citrusy zest to this blend of crushed garlic, salt and herbs. The natural acidity of the juice tenderizes the meat, and the flame of the grill brings out all the fresh flavors and aromas.

Ingredients

Salt, Sugar, Garlic, Spices, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Food Starch-modified, Lemon Peel, Xanthan Gum, Garlic Extractives, Turmeric Extractives (color), Less Than 2% Silicon Dioxide To Prevent Caking.

Directions

Reconstitute: All You Need:

1 pack Weber® Just Add Juice® + 1/2 cup lemon juice + 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. chicken or pork.

All You Do:

1. Combine marinade mix with lemon juice in a resealable plastic bag; mix well.

2. Add meat, turning to coat. Place sealed bag in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or longer, turning bag occasionally. Tip: For optimum tenderizing, marinate 8 hours or overnight.

3. Remove meat and discard remaining marinade. Grill on preheated cooking grates.

Instead of Lemon Juice, Try:

• Orange juice, good with pork or shrimp.

• Lime juice, good with chicken or halibut.
