Cook meal on baking sheet in center of oven 50 to 55 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Carefully remove film. Let stand 5 minutes; enjoy! Microwave Oven: For best results cook in conventional oven. Cook only one at a time. 1. Cook on high (100% power) 8 minutes. 2. Rotate chicken; replace film. 3. Cook on medium (50% power) 10 to 14 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Carefully remove film. Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen.
