Microwave Oven: Cook only one meal at a time. 1. Microwave on high 4-1/2 to 6 minutes. No need to vent film. 2. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand 1 minute and enjoy! Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Remove film and cover tray with foil. 3. Cook on baking sheet in center of oven 35 minutes.
