Microwave on high 4 minutes; stir and replace cover. 3. Microwave an additional 3 to 4 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Drain and serve. Careful, it's hot! Cook as directed. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Microwave directions developed with 1100-watt microwave ovens. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed.
