Tomato Fine Pulp: Tomatoes, Tomato Concentrate, Salt. Dressing Extra Virgin Olive Oil With Garlic Aroma: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic Aroma. Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Fine Salt: Salt. Oregano: Oregano.
Directions
Preparation Time: 15 min | Baking Time: 15 min. Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees C (450 degrees F) in static or 200 degrees C (390 degrees F) in fan mode. 2. In a small bowl, use a fork to combine the pizza mix with the extra virgin olive oil and 1 cup (240 ml) of warm water to make a uniform dough. Knead by hand for about 2 minutes until the dough forms a stretchy ball. 3. For a deep-pan pizza, roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. If you decide to make two round pizzas, divide the dough in two and roll each half out separately. 4. Place the pizza in an oiled baking tray or on an oven tray with a baking sheet. 5. In the meantime, mix the tomato puree with the fine salt in a bowl. Spread the sauce in the middle of the pizza, leaving the edges clear. Add the oregano to finish. 6. Sprinkle evenly with the garlic oil before serving.
