Cook thoroughly. Microwave: 7 mins: 1. Leave film on tray; do not vent. 2. Cook 3 minutes on high. 3. Peel corner of film to vent. Cook 4 mins on 50% power. 4. Let stand 1 minute. Oven: 40 mins: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Leave film on, do not vent. 3. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack. Cook 40 mins. 4. Remove from oven and let stand 1 minute. Will be hot!
