Ingredients
Cauliflower, Mac & Cheese Seasoning (Processed from: Food Starch - Modified, Whey, Salt, Nonfat Milk, Cheddar Cheese [Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes]), Sugar, Coconut Oil, Enzyme Modified Cheddar Cheese [Pasteurized Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes], Corn Syrup Solids, Maltodextrin, Buttermilk, Onion Powder, Enzyme Modified Semi-Soft and Cheddar Cheeses [Pasteurized Milk, Cultures, Salt, Enzymes], Disodium Phosphate, Natural Parmesan Cheese Flavor [Pasteurized Milk, Cultures, Salt Enzymes], Lactic Acid, Extractive of Annatto [Color], Natural Flavors [Contains Milk], Dipotassium Phosphate, Sodium Caseinate, Mustard, Mono & Diglycerides, Dehydrated Butter [Cream, Salt, Annatto {Color}], with Not More than 2% Silicon Dioxide Added as an Anti-Caking Agent).
Directions
Serve up a delicious dish! Roast: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Toss cauliflower in 1 tbsp of oil and spread into a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Roast for 20 min, tossing half way. Set aside. Sauce: In a medium sauce pan, whisk together cheese mix and 1/2 cup milk until combined. Add in 2 tbsp cubed butter and apply medium to medium low heat. Gently stir until butter is melted and incorporated. Stirring occasionally, let thicken until bubbly, then reduce heat and simmer on low for 2 min. Remove from heat and pour over roasted cauliflower, tossing lightly to evenly coat florets. Remove and add to plate and enjoy! Alternative Cauliflower Cooking Instructions: Steam: Place cauliflower in a steam basket in a pot with enough water to cover the bottom. Place lid on pan, bring to a simmer and steam until cauliflower reaches desired texture, 5-6 min for tender-crisp texture or 7-9 min for softer texture. Drain and set aside. Continue to sauce instructions above. Taylor to your tastes.
