Sugar, White Rice Flour, Organic Powdered Sugar (Sucrose, Tapioca Starch), Cocoa, Canola Oil, Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Potato Starch, Potato Flour, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Pectin (Lemon Derivative), Sodium Acid Pyrophosphate, Baking Soda, Monocalcium Phosphate Monohydrate.
Directions
Baking Instructions: 2 eggs for fudgy brownies or 3 eggs for cakelife brownies. 1/4 C. water. 1/2 C. canola oil. Preheat to 350 degrees F for metal pans or 325 degrees F for glass, dark, or nonstick-coated pans. Grease bottom only of pan. Stir together brownies mix, eggs, water, and oil in a large bowl until well blended (about 30-50 strokes). Spread in greased pan and bake immediately. Bake until a toothpick inserted about an inch from the edge of the pan comes out clean, using time guide below. Brownies will be jiggly in the middle and will continue to set as they cool. Cool completely in pan before cutting and serving. Lower Fat Vegan Instructions: In a blender, blend 1 can northern (white) beans (rinsed well) and 1 C. water until smooth. Stir together 1 package brownie mix with pureed beans until well blended. Mixture will be thick. Bake as directed above. Time Guide: 9 inches x 13 inches pan size; 27-30 minutes metal or glass pan; 30-35 minutes dark or nonstick pan; 9 inches x 9 inches pan size; 34-37 minutes metal or glass pan; 37-42 minutes dark or nonstick pan; 8 inches x 8 inches pan size; 42-45 minutes metal or glass pan; 45-50 minutes dark or nonstick pan.
