Preparation: Place one tea bag in a cup and add 8 oz of hot (just before boiling) water. Cover and steep for 2 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove. Directions for Use: We recommend 3 cups daily. Add sweetener if desired. How to Brew: 1. Pour: 8 oz. 2. Temp: 185 degrees F. 3. Steep: 2 min.
