Organic Rice Flour, Organic Tomato Puree, Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Filtered Water, Organic Sunflower Seed Meal, Organic Potatoes, Organic Tapioca Starch, Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Honey, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower And/or Sunflower Oil, Organic Red Onions, Sea Salt, Yeast, Sunflower Lecithin, Spices, Organic Garlic, Black Pepper.
Directions
Keep frozen.
Conventional oven:
This pizza's crust is pre-cooked. To prevent burning, check often after reaching the beginning of the recommended cooking range.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove pizza from overwrap and place directly on the oven rack.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust just starts to brown and cheese is melted. Rotate pizza 1/2 turn with oven-safe utensil halfway through baking.
If a softer crust is desired, place pizza on a cookie sheet and bake for 13-15 minutes.
Let sit for 1 minute before serving.
