Directions
Heating Instructions: Microwaves vary. Adjust cook time as needed. Handle hot tray with care. Microwave: 1. Remove paper sleeve and empty bag in tray. 2. Cover and heat on high for 1 1/2 minutes. 3. Stir, cover and heat for another 1 1/2 minmutes or until entree is hot. 4. Stir, then serve on its own, with a side of Sukhi's Lemon Rice, or spread on bread or tortilla. Stove top. 1. Remove paper sleeve and empty bag in a medium sized saucepan. 2. Cover and heat on medium heat for 5 minutes or until hot. Add 1 tbsp water and stir to avoid scorching. 3. Empty contents into tray. Note: Tray is not oven safe. This item may be frozen up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator before heating.
