Directions
Take this product with at least 8 oz (a full glass) of liquid. Taking without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not take if you have difficulty swallowing. FOR ADULTS 12 YEARS AND OLDER: 2 ROUNDED teaspoons up to 3 times per day. 1. Put powder in large empty glass. 2. Fill halfway with water (at least 8 oz). 3. Watchit fizz. 4. Stir, if needed. 5. 5. Drink & enjoy daily. Not recommended for use in: shaker or water bottles, small cups, hot drinks. NEW USERS: Start with one serving per day; gradually increase to desired daily intake. - There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
