Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
Cook thoroughly. Skillet Or Griddle: 1. Preheat your flat top to 425 degrees F for your skillet over medium-high heat, and lightly oil the surface to ensure release. Season patties as desired. We find it easiest to season the tops once the patties have been on the flat top for a few seconds and the top starts to slack out. 2. When you see the juices coming to the top of the Pattie evenly, it's time to flip. Continue cooking until browned and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F / 74 degrees C. For maximum juiciness, do not press on the patties with your spatula. 3. Allow patties to rest a moment or two before creating your build and digging in. The patties may still be slightly pink in the middle, even when at temperature. Grill or Broil: 1. Preheat the grill or broiler for high heat. 2. Place frozen patties in a single layer on grill or on a broiler pan, season with salt and pepper. If broiling, place pan under broiler, spaced 4" from broiler flame. 3. Cook from frozen in a single layer until well browned. 4. Cook on the other side until well browned and until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F/74 degrees C. 5. Allow patties to rest a moment or two before creating your build and digging in. The patties may still be slightly pink in the middle, even when at temperature.
Keep frozen.
