Sockeye Salmon (oncorhynchus Nerka), Water. Canola Oil, Salt, Spices, Garlic, Paprika, Onion, Red Bell Pepper, Yeast Extract, Corn Fiber, Natural Flavors, Guar Gum, Cellulose Gum, Xantham Gum, Natural Smoke Flavor, Citric Acid.
Directions
Cooking Instructions: For convenience, cook from frozen. Simply bake or grill. Bake or Grill: Preheat oven or grill to 375 degrees F. Use aluminum foil to make a tray with raised edges that is slightly larger than the fish. Remove frozen fillet from all packaging and place frozen fillet with marinade in the foil tray to preserve the sauce. Bake or grill for 25-30 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. For food safety, cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. As measured with a food thermometer.
Meal Ideas: Bright and colorful assorted veggies like broccoli, peppers, peas, and carrots make the perfect base for your marinated fillet. Serve in a wrap with fresh arugula, red onions and aioli for a quick and easy lunch option. Top with peppers for a bit of spice!
