Add variety to dinnertime with McCormick® Greek Style Gyro with Tzatziki Seasoning & Sauce Mixes - it’s all the flavor you need for an easy, complete meal. Start by stirring the Sauce Mix with Greek yogurt or sour cream for the tzatziki sauce. Then sauté chicken strips with the Seasoning Mix for the gyro filling. Wrap the chicken in pita bread then top with tzatziki sauce. Serve with fresh veggies like cucumber, tomatoes and red onion or add them to a Greek salad with lettuce, feta and olives to serve alongside. It a refreshing change to your rotation of meals.

Lemon Oil, Sauce Mix Ingredients: Buttermilk, Garlic, Salt, Corn Syrup Solids, Yeast Extract, Dill Weed, Green Bell Pepper, Lemon Juice Solids, Citric Acid, Lemon Oil, Cucumber Extractives And Other Natural Flavors, Green Pepper Juice Solids

Greek Style Gyro With Tzatziki Sauce: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Makes 6 (1/2 pita) servings. Cook Time: 10 minutes. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning & Sauce Mix. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream. 2 tbsp. oil. 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips. 2 tbsp. water. 3 (8-inch) pita breads, halved. Assorted Toppings: chopped tomatoes & cucumbers, feta cheese, red onion, olives and shredded lettuce. Directions: 1 Cut open pouch no.1 for Tzatziki Sauce Mix. Pour contents into bowl. Add yogurt and stir until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 2 Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Cut open pouch no.2 for Gyro Seasoning Mix. Stir into skillet with chicken. Add water. Reduce heat to low. 3 Cook 1 to 2 minutes until chicken is evenly coated and cooked through, stirring frequently. Serve in pitas with Tzatziki Sauce and desired toppings.
Kitchen Tips: Try using ground meat, steak, shrimp or pork in place of the chicken breast. For a thinner Tzatziki sauce, add an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons water in Step 1, until desired consistency is reached.
