Lemon Herb Butter :Simmer & Serve Sauce Mix. Total time: 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Simmer & Serve Sauce Mix. 1 cup milk. Directions: 1. Whisk milk and sauce mix in small saucepan until well blended. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to a gentle boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. (Sauce will thicken upon standing.) Microwave Directions: Stir milk into Sauce Mix in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute.
