Cooking Instructions (Cooking times and temperature may vary substantially. Internal temperature should be at least 145 degrees F. We strive to produce a fully boneless product. As with all fish, however occasional bones may still be present): Keep frozen until ready to cook. Thawing Instructions: Overnight thaw (preferred): Pierce bag and thaw under refrigeration for 8 to 12 hours. Keep thawed product refrigerated and use within 2 to 3 days. Quick thaw: Place sealed bag in cold water bath for 30 minutes. Use immediately following is quick thaw. Remove entire fillet or individual portions from packaging. Air Fryer: Set air fryer to 375 degrees F, place salmon skin-side down in the basket. Cook 1 to 2 portions for 22-24 minutes from frozen or 13-15 minutes from thawed. Microwave cooking is note recommended. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and place salmon on a non-stick baking sheet, skin-side down. Bake whole fillet for 30 to 32 minutes from frozen, or 15 to 17 minutes from thawed. Bake 1 to 2 portions for 19 to 21 minutes from frozen, or 12 to 14 minutes from thawed.
How to Use: Our pre-cut portions are a great protein source for the perfect salmon Caesar or for adding to youir favorite pasta dish.
