Directions
When should I use it? Unless directed otherwise by your healthcare practitioner, drink 3 cups daily. Brew well to be well. For maximum, benefit, herbal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Add honey to sweeten if desired. Adults: Drink 1 cup, 3 times daily.

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
