You Will Need: 1 packet coating mix; Approximately 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, slightly beaten egg, buttermilk or ranch dressing); 3 to 3-1/2 lbs whole chicken, cut up; 4-6 pork chops; 1 to 1-1/2 lbs fish, tofu, veggies or boneless meat. Before You Begin: Choose Cooking Method: For Baking: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Generously spray or grease baking pan. For Frying: Preheat non-stick skillet to medium heat. For Combination: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously spray or grease baking pan. Preheat oven proof skillet to medium high. 1. Place coating mix in shaker bag or shallow bowl. Pour liquid into separate bowl. 2. Moisten pieces in liquid. Shake off excess liquid. 3. Coat moistened pieces one at a time. Shake off excess coating. Baking Guide: Recommended for bone-in or very thick meats. Lowest fat method. Place coated pieces in prepared pan, spray top and sides generously with cooking spray. Bake as directed below (cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on thickness and type of meat, fish or vegetables. Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
