It is baked in the tradition that made the Bay Area famous for its sourdough since the time of the gold rush. The deep sour flavor is more than just tangy, it will make your pucker up! This is the bread to dunk in your cioppino or serve with your cracked crab. Semifreddi’s sourdough starter is wheat flour, water, and wild yeast. (Wild yeast? Hey - it’s the Bay Area!) Enriched Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Sea Salt and Rice Flour.
Directions
To Refresh the Crust: Place bread on a 425 degrees F preheated oven rack for about 4-5 minutes. To Freeze: Wrap bread tightly in plastic and then in a freezer bag. When you are ready to eat more: remove from bag and wrapping and place frozen bread in a 425 degrees F preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
