You Will Need: 2 cups milk; 1 cup water; 1 lb. lean ground beef. Cooking Directions: 1. In a large skillet brown ground meat over medium-high heat until cooked, drain grease and return cooked meat to pan. 2. Add 2 cups milk, 1 cup water, seasoning packet and pasta to pan and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer for 10 - 12 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, stir and let stand for 1 - 3 minutes; serve.
