Organic Whole Grain Yellow Corn Flour, Organic Whole Grain Wheat Flour, Organic Wheat Flour, Buttermilk Powder (buttermilk, Whey), Leavening (monocalcium Phosphate, Baking Soda), Organic Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Organic Whole Grain Rye Flour, Sea Salt.
Directions
Pancakes: 3/4 cup Arrowhead Mills multigrain pancake & waffle mix; 1 tbsp Spectrum canola oil; 3/4 milk or water. 1. Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear. 2. Cook on preheated (375-400 degrees F) lightly oiled griddle or pan, turning when bubbles form on surface and edges begin to dry. For thicker pancakes, use less liquid. For thinner pancakes, use more liquid. Makes 6 - 5 inch pancakes. Waffles: 1 cup Arrowhead Mills multigrain pancake & waffle mix; 1 egg, beaten or egg substitute; 1 tbsp Spectrum canola oil; 1 tbsp honey; 3/4 cup milk or water. 1. Stir all ingredients only until lumps disappear. 2. Cook according to waffle maker's instructions. Makes 6 waffles. Store in a cool dry place. Pancakes: Serving Suggestion: Stir in the following just before cooking: 1/4 cup drained crushed pineapple and 1/4 cup toasted coconut. Waffles: Serving Suggestion: Stir 1/2 cup fresh blueberries just before cooking.
