Enriched Wheat Flour (flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Wheat Starch, Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion, Buttermilk, Mushroom, Spices (including White Pepper, Marjoram), Citric Acid
Directions
Beef Stroganoff: Prep Time: 5 minutes; Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix, 2 tbsp. oil, 1-1/2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into thin strips, 1 cup water, 1 cup sour cream. Directions: 1: Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink. 2: Stir in seasoning mix and water. 3: Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream. Must be cooked for food safety.
Kitchen Tips: Sprinkle with Mccormick Paprika or Parsley Flakes, and serve over noodles or rice, if desired. Herbed Beef Stroganoff: Add 2 tsp. Mccormick Tarragon leaves with the Seasoning Mix and water.
