Corn Starch, Salt, Onion, Sugar, Spices (including Paprika, Black Pepper, Thyme), Tomato, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Soy Protein And Wheat Gluten, Caramel Color, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum (thickener)

Beef Stew: Total time: 2 hours. Makes 8 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick seasoning mix. 2 lbs. Beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes. 3 tbsp. Flour. 2 tbsp. Oil. 3 cups water. 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, onions and celery. Directions: (1) Coat beef with flour. Heat oil in large deep skillet or dutch oven on medium heat. Add beef; cook until browned on all sides. (2) Stir in seasoning mix and water. (3) Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; simmer 1 hour or until beef and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Thicken stew with additional flour, if desired. Must be cooked for food safety. Kitchen Tips: Quick & Easy Beef Stew: Use 2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into 1-inch cubes. Coat beef with flour and brown as above. Stir in seasoning mix, water and 5 cups frozen vegetables for stew. Bring to boil. Cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
