Organic Tapioca Flour, Organic Whole Grain Sorghum Flour, Rice Flour, Organic Whole Grain Corn Flour, Buttermilk Solids (Milk), Inulin, Sea Salt, Evaporated Cane Syrup, Xanthan Gum, Rice Bran. Yeast Packet: Active Dry Yeast.
Directions
Yield: 2 - 12 inch pizza pans or 1 - 16 inch pizza pan or 1 - 18 x 13 baking sheet. 1 package Arrowhead Mills Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil (plus extra for hands and pan) or margarine, 1 cup warm water, 1 yeast packet (included), 3 eggs. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. In a bowl, blend oil, vinegar and eggs. Add yeast packet to cup of warm water. Combine all liquids. Incorporate package of pizza mix and blend until a soft sticky dough develops. 3. Spread dough with oiled finger tips onto an oiled pizza pan or baking sheet until approximately 1/8 inch thick. 4. Cover pans and let dough rise for 45 minutes on top of a warm stove over a pan of warm water. 5. Generously fork proofed dough. Bake for 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown. 6. Add favorite toppings and return to oven until cheese melts. Store in a cool dry place.
