Directions
1 Cleansing Fiber™ - Take 1/2 hour before breakfast and 1/2 hour before the evening meal with a 12 oz glass of water. Drink at least two 12 oz glasses of water between meals and a total of at least eight 12 oz glasses of water each day.
2 Thistle Cleanse® - Take 2 hrs after breakfast and 2 hrs after lunch - take separately from the Cleansing Fiber.
3 Cleansing Laxative™ - Take at bedtime.
Remember to drink plenty of fluids!

- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
