Phil Wubbena was an egg man ahead of his time. In 1959, he pioneered an idea that many considered a bit strange: that cage-free, better-fed hens are happier, healthier and produce better-tasting eggs. Today, we continue his legacy with our DHA omega-3 eggs. We feed our hens a full-bodied diet of locally grown-grains, roasted and blended with nutrient-rich alfalfa, kelp, and wheat. And for an extra omega-3 boost, we add a special blend of essential omega-3 fatty acids ALA, EPA, and DHA, along with necessary antioxidants. 350 mg omega-3 per serving. 150 mg of essential DHA per egg, 100% more than ordinary eggs. Omega-6 and omega-3 in the 2:1 nutritionist recommended ratio. Vision health from lutein enriched alfalfa. Increased anti-inflammatory, brain and heart health benefits. It's why Phil's DHA omega-3 eggs taste so good and are so good for you, whether they're scrambled, hardboiled, or baked in a recipe.
