We start with mindfully sourced produce frozen at peak freshness and we lightly season it with heart-healthy avocado oil and spices. I love the way this caramelizes and crisps up in an air fryer, but it’s just as tasty from a skillet or microwave. Enjoy!
Ingredients
Cauliflower, red onion, yellow carrots, asparagus, artichoke, red bell
pepper, seasoning (salt, garlic powder, onion powder, sugar,
natural flavors, ginger, maltodextrin, not more than 2% silicon dioxide added to prevent caking), avocado oil (as a processing aid)
Directions
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Product should be cooked thoroughly to at least 165F. To obtain best results, do not thaw before cooking.
Skillet:
Heat skillet on medium high heat with 1 tbsp. of oil. Add about 16 oz of vegetables and sautée for 6-8 minutes until heated through.
Air Fry:
Add 1 tbsp. of oil to air fryer with up to 16 oz of vegetables. Make sure to not overcrowd. Heat on high, or 425 F, for 8 minutes until golden brown and heated through.
Microwave:
Add up to 16 oz of vegetables to microwave safe container and heat on high for 4-5 minutes until heated through.

- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
