Microwave oven (suggested method): microwave oven wattages vary; adjustment to cooking time may be required. 1. remove entree from carton. Poke film about 5 times with a fork to vent. 2. place tray on the outer edge of the turntable and heat for 5 minutes at 50% power. 3. pull back film, stir, replace film. 4. let stand for 3 minutes to complete cooking. Product will be hot. Carefully remove from microwave. Developed in a 1,000 watt oven.

Conventional oven: conventional ovens vary; adjustment to cooking time may be required. 1. preheat oven to 350 degrees F. do not exceed 350 degrees F. 2. remove entree from carton. 3. place tray on a baking sheet and puncture film with 5 slits. 4. place cookie sheet with tray in the center of the oven and cook for 45 minutes. 5. carefully remove cookie sheet with tray from oven and let stand 3 minutes before serving. 6. carefully remove film before serving.
