Ingredients
Filling: Cabbage, Water, Soy Protein Concentrate*, Avocado Oil, Onion, Chickpea, Carrots, Natural Flavor, Ginger, Soy Sauce (water, Soybeans*, Salt, Sugar), Soy Protein Isolate*, Methylcellulose, Sesame Oil, 2% Or Less Of: Soy Lecithin*, Agar Extract Wrapper: Wheat Flour, Water, Soy Flour*, Avocado Oil, Salt, Turmeric *non-gmo Ingredient
Directions
Pan-fry: In a nonstick pan, heat 1-2 tbsps oil. Add frozen dumplings & fry on medium high heat for 2 mins. Add 1/4 cup water, reduce heat, & cover until water evaporates & bottoms are browned & crispy (about 5 mins).
Boil: In a large saucepan, boil enough water, soup stock, or stew to cover dumplings. Once boiling, add dumplings & boil for 5-7 mins.
Deep-fry: Pre-heat oil to 350° F and deep-fry dumplings for 5 mins until crispy and golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack or paper towel before serving.
Air-fry: For best results, steam first and spray or toss with cooking oil before air-frying. Air fry at 350° for 10 mins until crispy and golden-brown.
Steam: Bring water to a boil in a steamer lined with parchment paper or cabbage. Place frozen dumplings in, cover & steam for 5-7 mins until cooked through.
Microwave (not recommended): Cook times vary by oven. Place frozen dumplings on a microwave safe plate & cover with a wet paper towel. Heat on high for 2-3 mins until soft & heated through. Let cool for 3 mins.
Serve hot with your favorite dumpling sauce & garnishes. Best enjoyed with friends!

Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.
