Curry Powder (including Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Celery Powder, Onion), Salt, Sugar, Spices (including Black Pepper, Red Pepper), Garlic, Onion, Corn Starch, Molasses (refinery Syrup, Cane Molasses, Caramel Color), Tamari Soy Sauce (soybean, Salt), Yeast Extract & Natural Flavor.
Directions
Prep Time: 15 mins. Cook Time: 10 mins. 1 pkg. Simply Asia seasoning Mix 1 cup water. 1 tbsp. Less sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp. Oil, divided 1 lb. Boneless chicken thighs or breast, cut into 1-inch cubes 3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables 2 cups cooked Simply Asia Udon Noodles. 1. Whisk water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Set aside. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; stir-fry 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil in same skillet. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes or until tender crisp. Return chicken to skillet. 3. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add noodles, tossing to mix. Stir-fry 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened. Makes 6 servings.
