Add half of the bag of frozen vegetable mix and return to boil. 3. Bring to a second boil. Reduce heat to medium, cover and boil gently for 5-7 minutes; stir once during cooking time. 4. Avoid over cooking. Season to taste and serve. Microwave Instructions: 1. To cook half of the bag of vegetable mix, place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave safe dish. Add 3 tablespoons of water and cover. 2. For lower wattage ovens, cook on high for 5 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 5 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. 3. For ovens greater than 1100 Watts, cook on high for 3 minutes. Stir and cook on high an additional 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Season to taste. Cook thoroughly.
