There’s a dill pickle craze going on right now. The tangy and savory flavors go well together in snacks, dips, condiments and now in Dill Pickle Seasoning. To use, shake on 1 tbsp. Seasoning per 1 lb. ground beef, chicken or pork before grilling. Or, add to oil and vinegar to make an easy marinade for simple grilled steak or chicken breasts. We love its herby flavor in dips, egg salad, potato salad or chicken salad. Try also as a zesty sprinkle-on seasoning over popcorn or French fries. RECIPE: Dill Pickle Grilled Chicken Sandwich. For the Sandwich Sauce, mix ½ c mayonnaise, 2 tsp French’s Classic Yellow Mustard, 1 ½ tsp ketchup, 1 tsp Seasoning, and ½ tsp white vinegar in small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. For the Chicken Sandwich, whisk ¼ c oil, 3 tbsp Seasoning, 2 tbsp white vinegar, and 2 tbsp water in small bowl. Place 6 small boneless chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Grill chicken over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temp. reaches 165°F). Spread Sandwich Sauce on 6 toasted potato sandwich rolls. Serve chicken on rolls with desired toppings, such as sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion.
