Sugar, Bleached Wheat Flour, Less Than 2% Of: Canola Oil, Leavening (sodium Bicarbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Propylene Glycol Mono- And Diesters, Dextrose, Salt, Gum Arabic, Mono- And Diglycerides, Fractionated Palm Oil, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Vanilla Powder, Natural Flavor, Gum Acacia, Ascorbic Acid, Glycerin.
Directions
Dolly's Sugar Cookies: you will need: 1/2 cup melted butter 1 large egg. Do not eat raw cookie dough. 1. Prep: Adjust oven racks to upper and lower third of oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Mix: Stir cookie mix, melted butter, and egg together in a medium bowl until well blended. 3. Shape: Scoop dough into 2 tablespoon portions (1 tablespoon for regular cookies) and roll each into a ball. Place 7 big cookies (or 12 regular cookies) onto each of two large ungreased baking sheets. 4. Bake: Place a tray on each rack and bake according to chart below. Edges of baked cookies will begin to crisp and lightly brown, and centers will be soft. Cool on pans 2 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy! Spray 8 x 8-inch square pan with Pam Cooking Spray. Stir cookie mix and melted butter together in medium bowl. Mixture will be crumbly. Press cookie dough on bottom of pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until lightly browned. 2. Mix: Whisk sugar, flour, eggs, and lemon juice together in a clean bowl. Pour filling over hot cookie crust. 3. Bake: Bake 20 to 24 minutes, until center is set, and edges are just starting to brown. 4. Cool: Cool at room temperature for 30 minutes. Refrigerate until cold, at least 2 hours.
