Directions
Cook from frozen as follows: Remove tray from outer box, pierce film cover in several places. Microwave 1000W - 5 mins. Cook on full power for 4 minutes. Peel back film cover and stir, replace film and cook for an additional 1 minute. Stand for 2 minutes. Oven - 50 mins: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, place on a baking sheet in the center of the oven for 25 minutes. Peel back film cover and stir product, replace film cover over the pack and continue to cook for an additional 25 minutes. Caution: Contents can become very hot and some softening of the plastic tray can occur during heating so handle with care. Note: Ovens vary. Heating times are approximate. Always cook before eating. Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once thawed.
