Microwave or regular oven. After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, poultry or eggs are ever used in any Amy's products. Contains 340 mg of sodium compared to 690 mg in Amy's regular Veggie Loaf Whole Meal. Responding to customer requests, our chefs have created a line of Light in Sodium entrees with all the flavor and goodness of our regular entrees, but containing 50% less sodium. When we were looking for a recipe to add to our Whole Meal collection - something that would satisfy the urge for down home cooking, our chef, Fred, who has created so many masterful Mexican and Italian dishes, surprised us with his delicious meatless alternative to a comforting childhood favorite. The loaf slice, made from a blend of legumes and organic vegetables, is covered with a perfectly seasoned tomato based gravy and accompanied by fluffy organic mashed potatoes, tender organic green peas and golden corn kernels that keep their own natural flavor without added oil or butter. Organic Potatoes, Organic Peas, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Corn, Organic Onions, Filtered Water, Organic Broccoli, Organic Tomato Puree, Organic Celery, Organic Green Lentils, Organic Carrots, Baby Lima Beans (baby Lima Beans, Sea Salt), Organic Leeks, Organic Soy Milk (water, Organic Soybeans), Gluten Free Oats*, Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Expeller Pressed High Oleic Safflower And/or Sunflower Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic Potato Starch, Organic Garlic, Sea Salt, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Organic Agave Syrup, Organic Cane Sugar, Spices, Black Pepper.
Directions
Keep frozen.
Conventional Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Remove overwrap.
Cover tray with foil.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes or until heated throughout.
Microwave Oven:
Make a 1-inch slit in top of overwrap.
Cook on high for 3 minutes.
Rotate tray 1/4 turn and heat for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Toaster Oven:
Remove all packaging.
Transfer product to a covered toaster oven-safe dish.
Cook using the conventional oven instructions shown above.
Ensure meal is steaming hot throughout. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
