Keep frozen. Cooking: Do not use toaster oven. Cooking times may vary. Use caution, meal will be hot. Microwave Oven: 1. Remove tray from carton. 2. Pierce film in two places. 3. Cook on High 4-5 minutes. 4. Check that meal is cooked thoroughly (Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots). 5. Let stand 1 minute & remove film. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tray from carton. 2. Remove film from tray. Cover with foil. 3. Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven. 4. Cook for 25 minutes, then remove foil (Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots). 5. Continue cooking uncovered for 5-10 minutes. 6. Remove from oven & let sit for 1-2 minutes.
