When we were kids, Mom worked behind the meat counter at our local supermarket, so she knows the importance of fresh, natural meat and poultry. It's one of the reasons that we worked hard to find chicken raised with out antibiotics for this dish. We bread the chicken, in order to give it a nice texture and place it on a bed of our ancient grain Kamut pasta. Mom's tomato sauce is made from a savory spice blend and organic vine-ripened tomatoes, all of which meet Mom's high standards. With her help, we've always taken the time to find the freshest, most flavorful ingredients for each of our meals. Organic Tomatoes (organic Tomatoes, Sea Salt), Water, Organic Pasta (organic Durum Semolina), White Meat Chicken Vegetarian Fed, Raised Without Antibiotics, Mozzarella Rbst Free (pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Cracker Crumbs (wheat Flour, Garlic Powder, Salt, Organic Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized Organic Milk, Salt, Culture, Enzyme), Spices, Dehydrated Parsley), Onions, Egg, White Whole Wheat Flour, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese (pasteurized Part Skim Cow's Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Sea Salt, Spices, Garlic.
Directions
Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Do not thaw. Keep frozen until ready to use. Due to variations in all ovens, cooking times and/or temperature may reedits adjustment. Conventional Oven: 30-40 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove entree from carton. Leave film on tray (oven-safe). Remove frozen entree from carton and place tray on cookie sheet (for added support) on center rack (at least 6 inches - 8 inches from heating elements). Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-40 minutes or until hot. Carefully remove film. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave Oven (1100W): 4-5-minutes. Remove entree from carton. Place on microwave-safe plate (leave film on). Heat on High for 4-5 minutes. Remove from microwave on plate for added support. Carefully remove film. Let-stand for 1 minute before serving. Product must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Do not cook in toaster ovens.
