Conventional Oven: Temperature: 425°F/218°C. Time: 20 - 22 min. Special Instructions: Place oven rack in center of oven. Place frozen Fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Flip halfway through cooking.
Convection Oven: Temperature: 425°F/218°C. Time: 16 - 19 min. Special Instructions: Place oven rack in center of oven. Place frozen Fish in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Flip halfway through cooking.
