Wash hands betfore rolling truffles. You Will Need: 3 tablespoons butter, margarine or spread,* melted. 1 tablespoon water. 1. Stir: Stir Truffle Mix, melted butter and water in medium bowl until soft dough forms. (If dough is sticky refrigerate 20-25 minutes). 2. Roll: Roll dough into 12 truffles (about 1 tablespoonful each). 3 Prinkle: Sprinkle each truffle with Powdered Sugar. Discard leftover powdered sugar. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. * Spread should have at least 60% vegetable oil.
Betty's Tip: To make a sweeter treat! Empty powdered sugar into small bowl. Roll truffles in powdered sugar. Re-roll in powdered sugar right before serving.
