Flax Meal, Italian Seasoning (dehydrated Herbs & Spices, Onion & Garlic Powder), Sweet Brown Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Salt, Tapioca Starch, Arrowroot Powder, Sorghum Flour, Citric Acid, Rice Syrup Solids (rice Syrup Solids, Rice Protein, Tocopherols), Cream Of Tartar, Xanthan Gum And Baking Soda.
Directions
You will need:
1 Packet Coating mix Approximately 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, slightly beaten egg, buttermilk or ranch dressing).
3 to 3 1/2 lbs whole chicken, cut up 4-6 pork chops.
1 to 1 1/2 lbs fish, tofu, veggies or boneless meat.
Before you begin:
Choose cooking method for baking: preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Generously spray or grease baking pan.
For frying: preheat non-stick skillet to medium heat.
For combination: preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Generously spray or grease baking pan.
Preheat oven proof skillet to medium high.
1. Place coating mix in shaker bag or shallow bowl. Pour liquid into separate bowl.
2. Moisten pieces in liquid. Shake off excess liquid.
3. Coat moistened pieces one at a time. Shake off excess coating.
Baking guide:
Recommended for bone-in or very thick meats. Lowest fat method.
Place coated pieces in prepared pan, spray top and sides generously with cooking spray. Bake as directed below.*
Bone-in chicken pcs: 20-30 minutes.
Pork chops: 20-30 minutes.
Boneless chicken: 12-18 minutes.
Fish fillets: 10-18 minutes.
Vegetables: 10-20 minutes.
Tofu: 8-12 minutes.

Recommended for boneless meats, fish, tofu or vegetables Generously cover the bottom of the preheated pan with oil. Allow oil to get hot. Place coated pieces in pan; brown on both sides.
